This workshop will introduce Promega's new Maxwell® kits for automated nucleic acid extraction from commonly used oncology-related sample types. The Maxwell® XtractAll FFPE DNA/RNA Kit simplifies nucleic acid extraction from FFPE tissues, yielding high-quality DNA, RNA, total nucleic acid (TNA), or sequential DNA and RNA from a single sample using Maxwell® instruments. It ensures high yield and integrity of nucleic acids, confirmed by advanced techniques like digital PCR and next-generation sequencing. The workshop will also preview the new Maxwell® Rapid ccfDNA Kit, which enables purification of high-quality circulating cell free DNA from plasma samples without any sample pretreatment.
