This session will explore the incidental detection, interpretation, and clinical significance of variants attributed to clonal hematopoiesis in during germline and somatic testing. Attendees will gain insights into the diagnostic challenges associated with distinguishing between germline and somatic variants, and the clinical implications for patient management.
