Aaron Victor, MD, PhD, is a Molecular Genetic Pathology Fellow in the Physician-Scientist Training Pathway at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center (CSMC). Dr. Victor completed his Hematopathology fellowship at CSMC in 2022. His research focuses on leveraging immunology and genetics to advance understanding, diagnosis, and treatment of solid tumors and hematologic malignancies. His work spans studies in natural killer cell development, chimeric antigen receptor immunotherapy, and T-cell exhaustion, with a particular focus on T-cell development and function involving the nuclear protein TOX and its isoforms. Additionally, Dr. Victor is advancing efforts to integrate artificial intelligence into clinical practice, including projects that extract and compile variants from NGS reports for research purposes and apply machine learning models to predict treatment responses in EGFR-mutated lung adenocarcinoma based on histologic images.
