    My name is Richard Yuditskiy, a Research Technologist in Dr. Cynthia Hawkins lab located at The Hospital for Sick Children. My research areas focus on developing and optimizing cancer-related Translational Research projects, which are then clinically validated. One of the projects I’m currently working on is Low-Pass Genomic Instability Characterization (LOGIC). This robust new diagnostic tool combines Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) and a bioinformatics pipeline to detect replication repair deficiency in cancer patients.
