    Ran Zhuo is a CPEP fellow in the Department of Pathology and Laboratory medicine at the University of California, Los Angeles. She received her PhD in Molecular Biology and Genetics from the University of Alberta in 2014. Prior to her current role at UCLA, Ran Zhuo was a CDC foundation Senior Microbiologist at the Viral Gastroenteritis Branch at the CDC from 2022-2023. Ran Zhuo worked as a postdoctoral fellow then a laboratory Specialist I at the Alberta Provincial Laboratory of Public Health in Alberta, Canada from 2014-2022.
