Jonathan Nowak is a molecular and gastrointestinal pathologist at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, and an associate professor of pathology at Harvard Medical School in Boston. As an associate director for the Brigham and Women’s Center for Advanced Molecular Diagnostics, Dr. Nowak supervises development and clinical application of next-generation-sequencing assays for solid tumor genomic profiling and hereditary cancer predisposition. Dr. Nowak also runs a research laboratory at the Dana-Farber focused on multi-omic tissue-based analysis of gastrointestinal cancers from large landscape cohorts and clinical trial correlative studies in order to identify new cancer therapies.
