A Streamlined Workflow To Automate Components of Hybrid Capture for Targeted Enrichment Directly on the Element AVITI Sequencer

Target capture has become a fundamental process in panel-based sequencing, though time-consuming manual steps required to process, purify and qualify capture libraries has significant impact on both overall turn-around time as well as risk of human error. We introduce Trinity, a novel approach to enable library/probe duplexes to be loaded directly onto the sequencer for processing and sequencing, removing cleanup and subsequent PCR cycles. Further reduction of hands-on time and over all TAT through on-flow cell hybrid capture will be introduced future state of the workflow, Trinity+.
