Session
Description: Radiogenomics is an interdisciplinary field that focuses on integrating large volumes of genomic variations and imaging phenotypes, has been increasingly applied in tumor heterogeneity space. It holds the potential to advance personalized medicine by constructing a prediction model through deep learning to diagnose and stratify patient’s disease, guide therapeutic strategies and evaluate outcomes. Al though a rapidly growing area, variability in imaging protocols and computational challenges in integrating large scale datasets are challenges towards wider clinical adoption. The session will discuss applications of radiogenomics in diagnosis, treatment planning and evaluations in the field of oncology and currents challenges towards clinical applicability of these methods.
