Session
Description: In this breakout session, we will explore the application of deep learning methodologies in advancing precision medicine across diverse domains. The first speaker will focus on employing multimodal deep learning to seamlessly integrate pathology whole-slide images and molecular profile data from various cancer types. The second speaker will explore the innovative use of large language models in clinical phenotype-driven gene prioritization, aiming to return genomic-informed risk to the EHR and communicate the findings with clinicians and patients.
